Direct Entry is a service that provides a unique speaker and up to 4 additional access numbers plus the UK Standard International. This allows your participants direct and secure access to your conference.

Direct Entry brings a whole host of features and benefits including:

Direct Event is a pre-registration service which allows your participants direct and secure access to your conference. With Direct Event, you get the best of both worlds; the variety of features available with Operator Assisted conferencing and the simplicity of automated conferencing.

Conference type* Standard Op Assist – The conference will be open as soon as the 2nd participant connects, all lines will be open for the duration of the call. This conference type is only recommended for up to 30 lines.
Event Op Assist – All lines will be in a listen only mode (apart from the speaker/s). No Q&A is included.
Event Op Assist with Q&A – All lines will be in a listen only mode (apart from the speaker/s). This is followed by a managed Q & A session.
Event Audio Services:
Check requested services
Security/Restricted List (client provided): A list of conference attendees provided in advance by the client conference scheduler to the conference operators to verify each caller's name and/or other identifying information before allowing access to the conference.
Communication Line: A private conference line between the customer and an InterCall Operator which allows information regarding the conference to be communicated via the phone without interrupting the main audio conference.
Leader View: An intuitive and easy to use online interface that allows moderators and speakers to view their audio participant's information and connections status. It also allows moderators to view and manage the Q&A queue. There is also a chat facility with the operator which can be used to prioritise questions.

Participant List: A list of those who attended conference call which can be e-mailed to the hosting organisation after the conference call.
